PrintUsage Pro Standard Edition
PrintUsage Pro is a print job management system designed for one major purpose: to reduce the cost involved in running and maintaining a fleet of printers. Without properly managed users and printers, these costs can easily get out of control. To help with this problem, a quota scheme can be implemented to charge users for their printing. Advanced features of the PrintUsage Pro quota management system allow charging color/mono print jobs at different rates, as well as charging print jobs by different paper size. Various quota schemes are supported by PrintUsage Pro: quota system that does not allow users to print once exceeds their quota; quota system which renews quota automatically after certain period; quota system allows user to print up to certain amount by day, week, month, or year. The extensive reporting feature of PrintUsage Pro provides a different approach to charge users for their printing. These features allow administrator to generate invoice by user or department with details about print job volume in a month, along with the total cost. All these features help to manage the cost of printing and prevent countless trees from being needlessly consumed.
PrintUsage Pro Enterprise Edition
Aimed at organizations in different size, the Enterprise features included in latest PrintUsage Pro provide the information security and rock-solid stability to ensure seamless integration with existing IT environment. This version captures every printed document that passes through the system, a useful feature that allows past print jobs to be reviewed or re-sent to the printer. These document files are automatically compressed to reduce storage cost. There are some optional components for enterprise edition. With PrintUsage Universal Print Driver, PrintUsage can capture all the content and re-print. Some document can be converted to searchable text file and save into database. Follow me printing function can be supported by same printer driver or PrintUsage Universal Print Driver. With PrintUsage Universal Print Driver, all the print jobs can be released from any printer that controlled by PrintUsage. TOSHIBA, SHARP, KYOCEAR plug-in supported for their some special MFP, including print, copy, scan and fax functions control.
