Print Tracking (Print Monitor)
- Record print job details including user, computer, IP, printer,
document, total pages, total bytes, pages printed, copies, bytes
printed, gray/color, portrait/landscape, paper size, single/duplex,
and more.
- Large paper size, such as A0, A1 and customized paper size are supported.
- All PCL5c, PCL5e, PCL6, HPGL/2, Epson, PostScript printers are supported.
- Plotters are supported.
- Sorts print log by date range. Supports print log export to Comma Separated Value (CSV) file format.

Print Charging (Print Accounting)
- Set cost per page of each server or printer separately.
- Set different "per page values" for each printer based on gray/color,
- Set different "per page values" for each printer based on paper size.
- Provides cost off option for duplex printing.
- Charge fee only when the print job actually prints out. Canceling job prior to printing will not result in charge assessment.
