Auto-configuration

Master Server: Is server installed PrintUsage manager site. Input machine name or IP address in box on master server, or URL of manager site, and system would gain configuration information from manager site. Please ensure that PrintUsage manager site has been installed and works regularly, i.e. you can access manager site.

If monitoring service and manager site are installed on same machine, it can be used without configuration.

If not on same machine, in default, it can gain configuration only to input the machine name of master server. Following is several special examples: supposing manager site is installed on a machine named Server.

Example 1. install manager site on Server in default, but access is unavailable by machine name Server. Solution: input IP address, such as 192.168.0.1
Example 2. install manager site on Server but not on default site, and must visit manager site by http://Server:88/PrintUsage/. Solution: input Server:88 or http://Server:88/PrintUsage/
Example 3. administrator configures PrintUsage site, and must visit manager site by http://server:888/print/. Solution: input http://server:888/print/

Test Configuration: can help you to test gained configuration information available or not and result will be displayed beside button.
