My C drive does not have enough space. How can I save the print content on another drive or network shared folder?

You can change the captured print content folder through change sysconfig.ini file "PrintContentPath=C:\Program Files\PrintUsagePro\content" line. External devices or network-attached storage is supported for this feature.
After changing the storage directory, you should move all previously captured documents to the new folder. This can take a few minutes if there is a lot of data.
Note: Storing the captured print content from different print servers on one central storage location will improve cost efficiency but the appropriate access permissions must be set on this shared folder to ensure that unauthorized access is not granted.
