PrintUsage can either be configured to run using the built in Windows IIS web server or the Cassini web server that is included with the PrintUsage installer.

• The most common cause of this is a port issue, running with standard config- uration settings, Windows IIS will use port 80 and Cassini (the web hosting service included with PrintUsage) will run on port 8090, ensure that these port numbers are open on any firewalls and that they are not also in use by any other processes on the management server.
• An incomplete installation of either of these services could also result in it’s improper function, refer to the installation preparation and walkthrough to ensure all stages of the installation have been followed precisely.
• At the “Select Components” screen, open the drop-down box and select Print server installation.

Should you need to change the port that the Cassini web service uses (from the default 8090). This can be altered using the service manager application.

• In service control, you can Start/Stop the PrintUsage Cassini service .
