Through the print monitoring service tray application you can change the folder captured print content is stored. External devices or network-attached storage is supported for this feature.
After changing the storage directory the application will move all previously captured documents to the new folder. This can take a few minutes if there is a lot of data.
Note: Storing the captured print content from different print servers on one central storage location will improve cost efficiency but the appropriate access permissions must be set on this shared folder to ensure that unauthorized access is not granted.
