The management and print monitoring services are installed on separate machines, the computer name of the management server has been entered as instructed in the print monitoring service configuration but the configuration test has failed.

First ensure the manager service is running and the web interface can be viewed from a web browser on the print server.
If you have manually configured the manager service to run on a different port, use the full URL (with port number) in the Master Server address field.
If you have specified an alternative name for the PrintUsage virtual directory, use the full URL in the Master Server address field.
Ensure that you are using the Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL database applications. Microsoft Access can only be supported if the management and print monitoring service are installed on the same computer.
