Print monitoring service has started, but print tasks cannot be recorded in system
  
    
      
        - The monitoring service would  only run correctly if the print server along with a connected printer have been  added into the website manager. The following problems could also cause the  service to fail:
 
        - The monitoring service hasn’t  initialized. You can check the service status through the system tray  application.
 
        - After adding the print server  and/or printer to the web manager, the print monitoring service was not then  restarted. Either restart the print server locally through the system tray  application, or remotely through the web manager.
 
        - The Windows name for the  printer has been changed. Changing the printer name could disrupt the  monitoring service. PrintUsage must be reconfigured to monitor the printer if  it’s name has changed. Resolve this problem by adding the printer again via the  management interface or revert the printer’s name back to what it was  originally called.
