Improvements to the stability of the Print Content Capture module were made after the 20100409 build of PrintUsage Pro, ensure this build of the software is installed first. You can find the build number of the software from the page title of the Web Management Site.

PrintUsage Pro is only able to capture the print content sent to a printer if that printer is shared by Windows, locally attached printers can still be monitored as normal.
