Follow this procedure for installing the HP 1000 series driver.

• Ensure that all previous installations of the HP 1000 series driver are removed from the computer, follow the Windows guide for more information
• Unzip the printer driver as you would normally, however do not run the .exe file that is contained
• Add the new printer through the Windows Control Panel “Add Printer” function by selecting the driver file in the folder you have just unzipped
