I can’t install the MySQL database successfully while running the configuration wizard
- To use the MySQL database, the MyODBC connectivity software must be also be installed. Refer to http://www.mysql.com/products/connector/for details.
- Confirm that you have installed the correct MySQL server and MyODBC version. PrintUsage can only support MySQL Server 5.0.18 and MyODBC 5.1.5.
- Ensure "Enable root access from remote machines" has been selected on the security options page for the MySQL Server.
- Check whether a firewall is blocking access between PrintUsage and the database server.
