How can I set the captured print contents to be saved on an external or network shared drive
  When logging onto Web management, it can  sometimes show that the status of the print management service is improper,  even after refreshing or restarting the monitoring service. It is can be caused  by the one of the following reasons:
  
    - Right click the PrintUsage  service tray icon and click “Setup”
 
    - From the “Advanced” tab, either  type the new folder path in the text field, or choose “Change print content  folder” to browse for the new folder. Print- Usage supports network addresses  in the form \\Server\Folder. This allows multiple print servers to save content  to the same directory.
 
    - Click “Apply” to save any  changes. The application will move existing cap- tured print content to the new  folder. This can take several minutes if a lot of content has been stored.
