Any other administrator accounts are able to reset passwords for other administration users, if there are no other administrators, follow these instructions.
Open the PrintUsage installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\PrintUsage\), open the file bin\PrintUsage.ini and change the line “WizardDone=Y” to “WizardDone=N”
Run the Configuration Wizard in the PrintUsage Start menu folder. To ensure existing database information is not overwritten, choose the same database application as originally chosen when prompted and select “No” when asked if you would like to overwrite the existing data.
Skip all other sections you are presented with the administrators account information screen, where you can choose a new username and account password for the system administrator.
