I have installed the PrintUsage Pro with a valid license code, but the software is still a trial version. What should I do?

If the software was originally installed as a trial version and the license code entered at a later date the management service may be unable to correctly retrieve the registration information. To resolve this problem, simply re-run the configuration wizard from the PrintUsage start menu folder and select the “Advanced setup mode”, the license options should appear in the next screen. Important: During the configuration wizard, the program will attempt to wipe the database which will remove all previously stored information on the user accounts and printing history, if you wish to preserve this ensure you select “No: to use the existing database” when asked if you want to continue the database setup.
