You can log on with other user name with the administrator right to reset password. If there isn't any other administrator account, please follow the instructions below:

 

• Open C:\Program Files\PrintUsage\bin\PrintUsage.ini and change line "WizardDone=Y" to "WizardDone=N"
• Run the Configuration Wizard in PrintUsage program group. Select the same type of database as the previous installed one, the system will recognize the previous database and ask if you want to overwrite the data or not. Please make sure you select "NO".
• Skip the next pages if there is a skip option.
• To finish, please enter the password for the Admin.
